Background Screening
At Minding Multiples, we take great care to screen all of our candidates. We conduct a thorough background screening of each candidate and even provide you with the results. This gives you the peace of mind that your children are in the very best hands.

Our screening process consists of five phases. First, we pre-screen the candidate over the telephone to qualify them for an interview. Then we schedule an in-depth interview, in person if they are local or by telephone if they are outside the area. In the third phase, the candidate completes a comprehensive application form. Next we check employment references by conducting detailed conversations with childcare employers. Lastly, we retain a third-party security firm to do complete criminal, sex offender, motor vehicle and social security background checks.

Emergency or Backup Care
As a Minding Multiples client, you have easy access to our complete network of full-time and part-time temporary/on-call nannies who can provide emergency sick child care or backup care in your regular child care provider’s absence. You can even turn to Minding Multiples to arrange periodic babysitting so that you can have some well-deserved time away.
